Surrender

We know that decision to surrender a pet is never easy. Pet Pack Rescue Initiative takes surrenders on a limited basis. We require a meet and greet with potential pack members and we need a foster home that will meet the needs of the pet. Please fill out the surrender form and answer honestly! 

I found a stray dog/cat I would like to surrender

PPRI can only consider pets that have been surrendered by their owners or have completed a stray hold with the approval of the local animal control. Please see our "Lost/Found Pets" Page for resources

I am ready to Surrender my pet

After we receive a surrender form, one of our volunteers will be reaching out to either set up a meeting or indicate that there is not currently a suitable home to bring your pet into our program.
